Returns & replacements

Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour. Please check the size details before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or give a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

Text errors

If you find any mistake in Arabic text or a reference on one of our products, tell us and we'll replace it free, whenever you notice.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear in 5–10 business days.
